Prima Technical Services Limited (PTS) was established in 2003 by Mr. William Shum and Dr. Dicky Wong. In order to ensure our quality services, we have successfully joined the Hong Kong Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (HOKLAS) in early 2004, just shortly after our establishment. Our HOKLAS registration number is 149.
